Members of Council
Council meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, except for July and August when there is only one Council meeting a month. Although it is usually the first meetings in July and August that are cancelled, please confirm the correct dates with the Municipal Office. All Council meetings are open to the public. Council is committed to directing the operations of Conmee Township in a fair and transparent manner. Council welcomes input from ratepayers of the Township. Although members of the public are welcome to drop in to any meeting, if you wish to address Council you must be placed on the Agenda. Council requires your request in writing, briefly outlining the topic(s) you would like to address. Your request must be received in the Municipal Office by 4:00 pm of the Thursday before the relevant meeting. Copies of the Agenda may be requested by the public on the Monday before the meeting.
Council meetings begin at 6:00 pm, in the Council Chambers at the Conmee Municipal Complex, 19 Holland Road West. Delegations to Council appear first on the Agenda and may stay for the remainder of the meeting if they wish. Delegations are placed on the Agenda in the order they are received.

Council has developed the attached Plan to ensure that ratepayer funds are expended in a timely, cost effective manner to maintain the physical assets of the Township. Questions regarding this Plan may be directed to the CAO/Clerk.
