Rental rates for the Conmee Community Centre
- Main Hall $200.00 (full hall set-up, more than 4 hour rental - weddings etc)
- Kitchen for Catering $15.00 per hour
- Kitchen for Minimum Use $20.00 (coffee, no use of stove)
- Gymansium $15.00 per hour (volley ball, floor hockey etc)
- Business Meetings $10.00 per hour
- Showers, Birthdays, Retirements $15.00 per hour $25.00 minimum
- Funeral Luncheons No Charge for Residents - $25.00 Non-Resident
- Corkage Fee $1.25 per person (includes ice, glasses and orange juice)
- Tablecloths $2.70 round/$3.65 long
- Replacement Tablecloth $30.00
All hall rentals require a $200.00 damage deposit. If no damage occurs, the deposit will be returned. Renters will be required to provide a $25.00 deposit at the time of booking, with full hall rental and corkage to be paid one week before the event.
Saturday renters will be allowed into the hall free during municipal office hours on the day before the rental for decorating, provided no renter has booked that Friday night. Any access to the hall outside of the municipal office hours will require payment at the meeting rental rate ($10.00 per hour).

Renters will be requested to provide a sketch map of the anticipated hall set up. Renters will provide their own pop and mix except orange juice. No glass is allowed in the hall. Plastic cups are provided and must be used. Glasses in the kitchen are for dinner service only.
