1. CALL TO ORDER

Reeve Rydholm called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

2. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA

3. DECLARATION OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

There were no declarations of pecuniary interest on the part of any member of Council.

4. DEPUTATIONS AND PETITIONS

4.1 Matt and Sarah Henny - Culvert

Mr. and Mrs. Henny attended Council to discuss the issue of the culvert at the entrance to their property. The Henny's were not given the information that the culvert needed to be changed before they built their house. The culvert flooded when we received a large amount of rain.

Reeve Rydholm noted that the Roads Department would monitor the situation until next spring and replace the culvert at the Township's cost if necessary.

Council requested that the Road Superintendent monitor the situation at the Henny culvert and do the brushing in the ditch in that area.

The Clerk advised that the Co-ordinator of the Mobile Health Van was contacted to see if Conmee could be included in the sites the Van visits. The organization will look at the situation in January.
