Zoning Amendments Currently Under Consideration

The Council for the Township of Conmee is not currently considering any request for amendments to the Conmee Zoning By-law.

The Zoning Amendment regarding a request to rezone property located at the corner of Sovereign Road and Holland Road, to Extractive Industrial, has been deferred at the request of the Applicant. When the Applicant requests the issue to be re-opened, Council will post notice here, as well as sending a written notice to those within 120m of the subject property, or those who have filed written request for notification with the Clerk.

The Zoning Amendment regarding the request to establish a motocross racetrack was approved by Council, with conditions, however, it has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board.
